Step by step guide
This guide will walk you through the process of allocating coupon numbers in My Numberbank. Follow these steps to create unique coupon codes efficiently.
Once logged in to My Numberbank, click on coupons on the left-hand side of the screen.
If you have multiple coupon prefixes, select the one you want to use. You can also assign nicknames to your prefixes for easier management.
Each prefix allows you to allocate 1,000 different coupon codes. Click on "use next number" or select one of the numbers from the list to create a new coupon code.
Enter the redemption value of the coupon in pence in the provided boxes. For example, to give 50p off, enter 050.
Once you have entered the three-digit redemption value, the check digit will be automatically calculated.
Add a description for the coupon code, detailing what it is for and where it can be used.
Click on the "Save" button to save your coupon code. Your coupon code will now appear as a complete thirteen-digit number.
You can generate a barcode image for your coupon by clicking on the relevant option.
For coupons with a value higher than £9.98, enter 999. The checkpoint operator will be prompted to key in the value manually. If the coupon is for a free item, enter 000.
